Specialised perimenopause, menopause, and reproductive endocrinology management is scarce on the Fraser Coast. Complex cases are routinely referred south, and repeat 3 to 4 hour round trips for what is often routine hormone titration or monitoring take a real toll.

My practice combines two focus areas regional GPs often struggle to place: advanced menopause and hormonal health, and complex fertility or reproductive endocrinology. Having practiced across three continents, every plan is driven by clinical data and peer-reviewed science, with as much of the ongoing management as possible handled by telehealth once we've met in person.

One visit to begin. Telehealth from there.

Your first consultation is in person at Spring Hill. Before you travel, a detailed intake form covers your history and symptoms in full, so the visit itself isn't spent on paperwork — it's spent on examination and building your plan together.

From there, most ongoing titration and review continue by telehealth from Hervey Bay or Maryborough, with baseline bloods and scans arranged locally under a shared-care arrangement with your GP.
